We are transferring and moving all services to Central Middlesex Hospital on 1st March 2018
The Harness Harlesden Practice will transfer to the new Park Royal Medical Practice, Central Middlesex Hospital from 1st March 2018.

Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission completed a formal inspection at Harness Harlesden Practice to assess and rate the quality of care delivered to patients. Harness Harlesden Practice was rated as Good by the CQC Inspectors.

Improving access to general practice: evening and weekend appointments now available
Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday evenings (6pm-9pm) or at the weekends (on Saturday and Sunday 9am - 3pm). Appointments will either take place at this practice or at another NHS setting nearby, Brent GP Access Centre or Willesden Centre for Health & Care. Evening and weekend appointments will need to be booked in advance and walk-in appointments will not be available.

A new free app providing up-to-date information about health services is now available in Brent in response to calls from patient groups. Brent Health App’s purpose is threefold:
- To communicate health news
- Help find local services
- Provide healthcare information.
Users can also book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, access summary medical records, find local services and use as a symptom checker.
To add the app to your phone for free, search Brent Health App in Apple App Store or Google Play.
